• Shipping & Delivery
• At this time, Gardens of California ships select merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Gardens of California ships select merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and most international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you, the purchaser when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Gardens of California will ship apparel and arts / crafts in it's own packaging, unless other wise noted. We have pre - packaged apparel boxes and have strived for consumer friendly shipping costs. A $6.00 separate handling and insurance fee will apply to each apparel and needlepoint package along side of shipping and item costs. Multiple item / combined shipping will be available whenever possible. Seeds may be purchased only for mailing within United States. Up to 4 seed packets may be mailed in one mailer with a one time handling fee of $2.00 per mailing package plus full item(s) price and shipping costs. No international or territory deliveries will be made for seeds. Seeds will be mailed without insurance. Up to 4 needlepoint pieces may be mailed in one mailing envelope, both domestic and international, with a one time handling and insurance fee of $6.00 per mailing envelope plus full item(s) price and shipping. Prices are shown in US Dollars. Apparel may be combined for shipping up to the reasonable and allowed space and within the weight paramaters of our shipping box mailer. At no time will items be combined that exceed a reasonable packing limit. Combined shipping allotments will be made at the sole discretion of Gardens of California. If items can be combined, each mailing package, if containing combined items, subject to the guidelines above, will incur a one time handling fee of $6.00 per mailing package plus the full price of the item(s) and shipping. If items cannot be combined, for reasons of size and or weight or any reason as determined by Gardens of California, separate mailers will be used and each mailer assessed a $6.00 handling and insurance fee plus the full item(s) cost and shipping. Gardens of California reserves the right to modify or change the shipping policy at any time and at their sole discretion, without prior notice to you.



• Sales Tax
• Gardens of California charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for purchases in the State of California. A sales tax of 9.40% (average) will be applied to all purchase totals made in the State of California. In the event this rate increases or decreases, a new rate will be established. This sales tax will not apply to the grounding cards as they are sent in pdf format. The sales tax will not apply to vegetable and fruit seeds as they are considered edibles. Prices shown in our shopping cart are in US dollars. Wholesale customers must provide current documentation of sales exemptions for consideration. Wholesale tax liability, will default to such customer, once documentation is accepted and approved by Gardens of California.



• Return Policy
• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of our payment options. Gardens of California reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All domestic purchases may be returned / exchanged within 15 days . All international purchases may be returned / exchanged within 20 days. Customers / purchasers, not Gardens of California, are responsible for the cost of the original handling and insurance fees, original shipping costs and return postage costs and on time return / exchange delivery. Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and their mailing / shipping provider. Used, customer damaged or worn apparel, needlepoint, scarves or opened seed packets do not qualify for a return or an exchange. All items, if returned / exchanged must include all original packaging and labeling and must be returned in the same condition in which the item(s) were delivered by Gardens of California. If all return specifications are met, the customer / purchaser requesting a return will receive a timely credit for the original returned item (returned as outlined in this policy) to the originiating payment credit card. If a selected item for exchange varies in price from the original item being exchanged, due to price increases of decreases of the newly selected item for exchange, the amount of this difference, either more or less, higher or lower will be considered at the time of the exchange. Returns may be mailed to Gardens of California, 9828 Broadmoor Drive, San Ramon, California 94583. Gardens of California reserves the right to modify it's return policy for individual and group items at tis discretion and at any time, without prior notice to you.
